The College is seeking an International Student Administrator to join our team on a maternity leave contract until July 2025. Ideally the position will be full-time however applications to work part-time (min 30 hours/week) will be considered.

Based on our campus in Brookvale, the International Student Administrator will be responsible for the administration of our International Program including communication and relationship management with our students, parents and homestay families

To be successful in the role you will have:

  • Strong bilingual capability (English and Mandarin)
  • Experience in managing PRISMS and CRICOS regulations is preferable
  • Strong administrative background
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be highly regarded
  • The ability to work collaboratively with peers and leadership
  • A commitment to ongoing personal and professional development
