Our Head of Student Wellbeing, Ilona Welch, is in Auckland NZ this week, presenting at the 2023 International Boys’ School Coalition’s Annual Conference. The Conference brings together educators from around the world to share knowledge and best practice, with 600 delegates in attendance.
Ms Welch will be discussing “Our AWEsome Journey”, about the College’s Augustinian Wellbeing in Education program and how to implement wellbeing in schools from research to practice.
We are proud of the outstanding work we do in this crucial field: as an Institutional Member of Positive Education Schools Association; with our Augustinian Wellbeing in Education (AWE) program; and with our passionate and dedicated staff.
Seven staff members accompanied Ms Welch to the conference, to meet with educators from across the world to champion, debate and visualise the future of educating boys.
