Music is important in the development of listening and concentration skills. It improves language development, comprehension, creativity, memory, spatial awareness, communication and higher order thinking skills. Flow-on benefits also include improvements in student engagement, self-esteem, citizenship and emotional expression. Students with prolonged exposure to arts education possess superior creative and critical-thinking skills and are therefore better equipped to succeed in and navigate their way through life.
The College offers your son private music tuition in most instruments and voice with tutelage provided by the finest instrumental and vocal teachers in Sydney. The Private Music Tuition Program welcomes advanced and beginner students from the College.
